  1. Order Dispatch:

    We usually process and dispatch the orders within 2 working days. In case of any delays in processing of your order, we will get in touch with you and inform you regarding any possible delays.

  2. Order Delivery (India Only):

    We usually deliver the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 3-5 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order.

  3. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

    We accept no returns, exchanges, order Cancellation or refunds under any circumstances.

  4. Exceptions

    If you have received a damaged, missing, or incorrect product, your order will be eligible for exchange, provided you submit a proper unboxing video.

  5. Unboxing Video Requirements

    The unboxing video must capture the process from sealed package to revealing any damage, without any cuts or edits or pause.

  6. Video Compliance

    Without a proper unboxing video or if the video is not compliant, even major damage will not be entertained in exchange. No Matter What!!

  7. Submission Deadline

    The unboxing video must be submitted within 48 hours after receiving the parcel.

  8. Exchange Process

    Upon eligibility for exchange, we will provide you with a shipping label. You are required to pack the damaged items exactly as received and send them back to us.

  9. Dispatch of Replacement

    Once we receive the damaged item, we will dispatch the new parcel from our side.

  10. Availability of Replacement Item

    If the same item is not available for exchange, you may choose another item from our collection otherwise you may process for refund of money. For refunding of money, you need to send mail on ramyablings@gmail.com or DM on our Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/the_ramya_blings?igsh=eDd6ajZ6eTg0bHpk. Amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days of receipt of request of refund.

  11. Unavailable or Unrestockable Items

    If the product is not available or while Quality Check, we find out that the product is damaged and won’t be restocked again, then our team will contact you to replace the item or exchange the colour. And in case if you don’t like any other option then you will get a credit note for that product which can be redeemed in your future purchase.

  12. Lost Or Stuck Parcel

    If the parcel is lost or Stucked at Courier Company hub then we will reship the parcel based on availability of products ordered. if items not available then our team will contact customer to Exchange items which are not available and after Exchanging items we will Reship the parcel.
